CAD Purdy’s Chocolate Fundraiser just in time for Christmas

CAD is hosting Purdy’s Chocolate Fundraiser to raise funds for CAD new building and operation cost. We are getting closer to making it happen but we still need your support to raise more funds! It is brought back by the demands of CAD members. Please share with your friends and families.

If you wish to pay cash or cheque, please complete the form and contact Rytch at cadeaf1935@gmail.com to make arrangement to pick up your orders or bring to General Meeting on September 7th, 2019 at 1 pm at Deaf & Hear Alberta Basement.
Edmonton orders – Rytch will make arrangements to get your orders delivered to EADCC to be distributed for pick ups.
